Long lashes were batted in the midst of fluttering eyelids, giving glimpses at those beautiful (eye color) irises he loved reavealed to him. You were perfect in every way, and why a girl like you decided to give her body to a man like him, he didn't understand. Still, he didn't care about any of that shit, especially when he saw your warm smile with eyes looking up at him. That gorgeous pearly smile, the one that captured his heart. Before you breathed a single word out, he brushed a lock of hair behind your ear, sending shivers down your spine.
"Morning," you spoke in an airy voice.
"Morning. ...How do you feel?"
You straighten your body like a plank, attempting to stretch all the muscles cramped in the midst of sleeping.
"...Especially since you're here with me still. Don't you have training?"
With a yawn, Levi brought you closer to him, resting his face in front of yours on the pillow.
"Don't you remember dumbass? My squad has the day off today since we trained the day all you brats were sleeping the day away. You still have training later."
"Oh...that's right. I bet it's been forever since your squad got a break."
"Tell me about it. Erwin can be a real dick about that shit at times though."
You both looked at each other peacefully for sometime, but being the girl you were, you craved for more affection. Levi wasn't the type to give it to you on his own, so you shifted the current position of your body, resting your head against his chest. With a content sigh from you, Levi placed his hand on the back of your head, playing with the strands of your hair.
"...If you keep in doing that I'll go back to sleep."
"Tch. I'll have to stop then. You have disgusting morning breath, I can't afford another hour of that garbage can of a mouth collecting more rancid stench."
"If my breath smelled so bad why didn't you say anything douchebag?"
"Eh, I'm not sure. I guess I was...distracted."
He could feel you smile against his naked body,
"So...(first)...did you, like it last night?"
"Yeah. I'm a little soar but it was good."
"I tend to have that affect on first-timers."
Summoning up all the energy you had, you lightly pinched him on the sides unexpectedly, causing him to flinch. You giggled a bit at his reaction, but his glare told you he didn't feel the same way.
"What the fuck was that for bitch?"
"Geez, I was just trying to have fun."
"Well if you're going to do that shit then just get out of my bed.
You were hurt, but you tried to not let it get to you. This is Levi we're talking about, not someone kind and romantic. He could show love and affection when he wanted to, but it wasn't exactly his favorite thing to do. He just had feelings for you, and expected that to be enough.
"...You don't really mean that, do you Levi?"
Damn you were good. He should have guessed something like this would happen. With a heavy sigh, he reflected on his past, his passed loved ones, and his bitter loneliness. You were the one that comforted him when he opened up about his past, you were there when he mourned the loss of those he cared about, and you were there last night, releasing him from his frigid isolated misery. You were the one, the one he has come to love.
"No. Stay with me, please."
